APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 200x140 cm. On request it is possible to add a single bed in the living area.

The bedroom and the bathroom have two skylights with large electric opening for light and air in full respect of privacy.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, but, if necessary, the laundry service (including drying) is on request and for a fee.

Furthermore, if you are an animal lover, in the garden you can meet Ares, a friendly 6-year-old German shepherd who loves to socialize. But if you are afraid of dogs, Ares will be confined to a beautiful area reserved for him.

OUTER SPACE:

Guests have access to armchairs in the garden where they can relax, read, play a game of "chat" and smoke. On the small table in the sitting room there is an ashtray which is emptied every morning by the service staff

For security reasons IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN, EVEN TEMPORARY, TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT STAY IN THE APARTMENT. THE PENALTY OF € .60 FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PERSON WILL BE WITHDRAWN BY THE BANK PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
